About Me
I’m Anne. I’m a UCSF trained and board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in integrative psychiatry. I have over a decade of experience guiding individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and other mental health concerns to optimal health.

Outside my work in psychiatry I spend my time keeping up with my 3 wild and wonderful kids, planning boat trips with my husband, playing with our giant 5-month-old mastiff puppy, baking and making snacks, and doing my best to practice what I preach for mental wellness and resiliency.
